Ten years in corporate finance, two of them as head of Finance IT and most recently as managing director of a financial shared service center. Since 2020 active as interim manager and project lead, today managing director of CSBERG GmbH. I lead the consulting division myself and work all the way into implementation.

I come from both sides
The finance side
Treasurer in shipping, controller in a shared service center, head of finance Germany, interim CFO. I have been responsible for closes, not just advised on them. I know what it feels like when nothing is ready on the 15th.
The systems side
For two years I led Finance IT Germany at Eurofins: BI strategy for a corporate shared service center, reports moved from overnight batch to real time. Then interim CIO and ERP programs. That work gave rise to Datenbrücke, today the software division of CSBERG GmbH. I write DAX and SQL myself.
That is the real point. If you only know the finance side, you design reports that cannot be built. If you only know the systems side, you build reports that answer nothing. You work directly with me — no pyramid, no juniors learning on your mandate. Where a project needs specific depth, I bring in experienced specialists from my network.

It turns DATEV data into reports, planning, liquidity forecasts and AI analysis — for single companies as well as groups, without a BI project of your own. It came about because consulting projects kept running into the same gap. Its architecture and data model come from my project work. Here it is not an offer but proof that I know what I am talking about.
